Featuring lucite, block heels, leather trim in a variety of colors, and a transparent, logo-embellished strap (with either the intertwined ‘Cs’ or ‘CHANEL’ spelled out from right to left), they were both wearable and trendy. The shoe of summer, seemingly every style setter was seen in Chanel’s Slides, pairing them with everything from raw-edged jeans to sundresses. Unfortunately, they are no longer available in Chanel stores.
